We made the lagani last night 🥳 I will admit to using pre-made pasta, since I’m on a gluten free thing at the moment that my body is loving.
The flavours were all there (especially with fresh rosmarino from the garden) and we were both reminded of precious memories of our time in Italy 🥺 Once the cooler weather sets in, it’ll be higher on the rotation, and you’ll be in my mind each time we make it 🌞
