Hi Friends,
Long-winded talk on the 4 of swords here, but how it’s really an invitation for us to practice letting the brain take a siesta and allowing other parts of our being to re-learn to guide us in life. Especially when we are not actually bring threatened, our brain doesn’t need to work overtime. Easier said than done, but hey, I didn’t invent the cards, they are just useful reminders and medicine for us in these trying times.
What if we practiced paying attention to when the brain was working too much, and often not in useful ways, and we developed a little relationship with it, reminding it, it’s ok, the gut has this job, so rest.
